Mosaic Construction, LLC completed an office renovation project for Novel Coworking at 73 W. Monroe St. in the Loop. This latest project follows another successful renovation at Novel Coworking’s River North location at 420 W. Huron St.
At Novel Coworking’s Loop location, Mosaic converted approximately 1,500-square-feet of open space into 10 new private offices to accommodate a fully-connected, flexible working environment. The open-concept desks will now be closed off to create designated private offices with sliding doors, small tables and chairs.
Each lockable 8×9 or 8×10 office was renovated to include new HVAC, lighting, electric, carpet, drywall, and insulation for sound attenuation between adjacent suites to complement the overall floor plan.
“We’re proud to contribute to a positive return to work environment for Novel Coworking members and staff to inhabit safely, with an eye to social distancing protocols,” said Ira Singer, principal at Mosaic Construction.
