ETF market-maker Old Mission renewed and expanded its lease at Silverstein Properties’ 120 Broadway in Downtown Manhattan. Old Mission will nearly quadruple its space in a relocation from the ninth floor to 11,173 square feet on the 11th floor beginning in April 2021.
Harlan Strader III, leasing associate at Silverstein Properties, said, “120 Broadway’s direct proximity to The Fulton Center and the Oculus, open-space amenities and personally designed office space will grant Old Mission the opportunity to grow safely and effectively in a Class A building.”
When Old Mission considered relocation alternatives, “nothing was comparable to 120 Broadway’s location in downtown Manhattan and their tenant amenities,” said Patrick Nichols of Old Mission. “We are excited to continue calling 120 Broadway home for the next 10 years.”
Strader led negotiations on behalf of Silverstein Properties. Old Mission was represented by Nichols and Benchmark Properties’ Michael Beyda.
