Old Navy Brings Millennium Boston’s Retail to Capacity

A 29,000-square-foot deal inked by Old Navy has successfully brought the 335,000-square-foot retail component of Millennium Tower Boston to capacity. Located at 1 Franklin St., Millennium Tower Boston is a 442-unit high-end condominium project that is still under construction.

According to Millennium Partners principal Joe Larkin, Old Navy will open a two-level store in the building, and open before the end of the year.

Other tenants taking space in the development include Primark, which opened its 77,000-square-foot store last year, and which will add 27,000 square feet on Millennium Tower’s third floor. Café Nero will open in 2,200 square feet in the fall, while Roche Bros. will expand by about 11,000 square feet.
