OliverMcMillan Has Huge Tustin Project

The City of Tustin has hired OliverMcMillan, the San Diego-based developer, to help figure out a mixed-use development plan for 123 acres in what is called Tustin Legacy’s Community Core.

Tustin city officials acknowledged that it is possibly the locale’s last area for possible development. Plans aren’t solid yet, but OliverMcMillan’s initial idea is to construct retail-entertainment, office and residential space.

Dene Oliver, one of the founders of the firm, said that as many as five architectural outfits could be involved in the project.
