Orlando-Area Sheraton Trades for $31M

The Sheraton Orlando North Hotel, a 389-room, full-service hotel in the Orlando-area community of Maitland, FL, was acquired by Cambridge Landmark for $31.2 million. HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership between Minneapolis-based Värde Partners, Arlington, VA-based Interstate Hotels Corporation, and Boca Raton, FL-based Waramaug Hospitality Asset Management.

Located at 600 North Lake Destiny Road, the property is at the intersection of Interstate 4 and Maitland Boulevard, near Winter Park and less than 10 miles from downtown Orlando. The hotel is situated within the 226-acre Maitland Center Office Park, which is home to more than 400 businesses, including Worldwide Brands, Fidelity, FedEx and Charles Schwab.

HFF’s investment sales team representing the seller included Michael Weinberg and Preston Reid.
