Pacific Hospitality Acquires Two AC Hotels

Irvine-based Pacific Hospitality Group acquired two Marriott-branded hotel properties from Dallas-based Woodbine Development Corp. and USAA for an undisclosed amount. The properties include an under-development AC Hotel Irvine in Irvine, CA and a recently-completed AC Hotel Phoenix Tempe/Downtown in Tempe, AZ.

The 176-room AC Hotel Irvine is within the 105-acre mixed-use Park Place development and is expected to be completed by Q4 2016. The hotel property features a pool, 1,500 square feet of meeting space, a first-floor restaurant.

AC Hotel Tempe, a six-floor 155-room property, is the brand’s first in the Phoenix metro area. It is part of a development located along Tempe Town Lake featuring restaurants, shopping, outdoor recreation, residential, office space and condominiums.
