Pacific Links Puts Last of Vegas Golf Courses on the Market

Pacific Links International is putting its SouthShore Golf Club in Henderson’s Lake Las Vegas on the market, the last of three Las Vegas golf courses the Canadian company is selling. Pacific Links acquired the late 1990s-built golf course for $6 million. Earlier this year, it sold MacDonald Highlands Dragon Ridge Country Club in Henderson and Southern Highlands Golf Club back to their developers.

Colliers International is marketing the asset at 100 Strada Di Circolo, with Keith Cubba the listing broker. “Typically a golf course would get 10 to 12 confidential agreements, serious inquiries about purchasing the course,” he said, adding that one recent course on the market attracted 50 offers. “That shows the deep interest and demand that is always affiliated with the Las Vegas golf course real estate market.”
