@properties Commercial’s Kevin Rocio and Dominic Soltero have been hired to market a pair of mixed-use properties along Lincoln Avenue. They include 2636 N. Lincoln Ave. in Lincoln Park (pictured) and 2933 N. Lincoln Ave. in Lakeview. The firm didn’t specify an asking price.

“2636 N. Lincoln is a renovated, four-story building which includes a ground floor duplex office and three full-floor apartments on the upper floors,” said Rocio. “This is a value-add opportunity, as rents are currently below market and the building is not fully monetized to take complete advantage of its close proximity to DePaul University and the CTA Diversey Brown Line Station.”

Five blocks north, 2933 N. Lincoln is a newly-constructed building featuring one ground-floor retail space and two apartments. “There’s tons of opportunities as it is located in the Burley School District, close to Wrigley Field, and numerous transportation options,” Soltero said.
