Palisades Capital Realty Advisors founder and managing principal Joaquin de Monet has reunited with Scott Lyle, both former Arden Realty/GE Capital executives.
Lyle joins the executive team as a principal and chief operating officer, overseeing property and asset management, and leasing and sustainability practices. He served as COO of Arden/GE Capital, prior to Blackstone recently acquiring its real estate portfolio.
Palisades is actively sourcing and acquiring both marketed and off-market suburban office properties, with a portfolio including core plus and value-add assets in suburban office markets. The company is expected to close a $150-million fund this month.
