California-based Panattoni Development unveiled plans for Coffee Creek Logistics Center, a 110,366-square-foot industrial development in Wilsonville. The project is slated to break ground in Q1 2021 and deliver later the same year. The building will be the first, Class A industrial building to emerge in the newly designated Coffee Creek Urban Renewal Area.
Coffee Creek Logistics Center is located on nearly six acres at 10680 Southwest Clutter Rd., along the I-5 corridor about 15 miles south of downtown Portland. The design will feature tilt-up construction, ESFR sprinklers, 30-foot clear heights, LED lighting and skylights.
CBRE’s Andy Kangas and Haakon Weinstein are marketing the facility for lease or sale.
Kangas says, “Coffee Creek Logistics Center will fill an urgent need for industrial space in the southwest submarket of the Portland metropolitan area. The facility’s state-of-the-art construction and freeway accessibility make it particularly appealing to users in the e-commerce, food and beverage distribution, building materials and supply, light manufacturing and assembly industries.”
