Parmenter Realty Partners, in an attempt to match the upgrades happening in and around the Irving, TX Las Colinas Urban Center, will launch a multimillion-dollar upgrade on the Mandalay Towers 1, 2 and 3, totaling 800,000 square feet of office and 50,000 square feet of retail. The planned upgrades will begin in summer 2017.
The activities will focus on upgrading the lobby areas, moving the conference center and putting in a tenant lounge. Also planned are revamps of the entryways, signage and fitness center. Entos Design is the designer.
The Music Factory scheduled for a fall 2017 opening in the Urban Center, and Gables Residential’s $100 million Water Street development, already underway, will deliver 300 residential units to market, along with more than 60,000 square feet of restaurants and shops, Parmenter executives believe it a good time to upgrade the Urban Center complex.
