Haselden Construction and IMA Financial Group leaders are teaming with area real estate veterans to develop Revolution 360, a 156,000-square-foot office and retail project at 36th Street and Brighton Boulevard in Denver. The $60 million development will be in the River North Art District (RiNo).
Plans call for approximately 28,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, with 130,000 square feet of office space. JLL brokers Jamie Roupp, Ryan Arnold and Peter Merrion are marketing the office space at a $30 per square foot ask. Zall Co. is leasing the retail space.
The developers bought the 0.86-acre site in February for $3.7 million. Revolution 360 will replace the Industrial Motors & Machining facility currently on the site. Groundbreaking is planned for the first part of 2017.
