Pasadena-based developer AdeptUrban is nearing completion of 388 Cordova, Pasadena’s first luxury high-rise building. The initial phase, an eight-story, 57-unit multifamily development, is 70% sold and on track to deliver this month. The second phase includes 48 units that are scheduled to be completed by 2021.

The developer says 388 Cordova is a new product for the area that has been selling in record time, making it the fastest-selling project in Los Angeles. Located near Old Town Pasadena, the project brings 23,000 square-feet of office space and 105 one, two, and three-bedroom luxury condominiums starting at $900,000.

The building’s seven two-story penthouses, which go for up to $5 million, offer exquisite design, finishes and some of the most expansive terraces in all of Los Angeles, including some up to 1,372 square feet in size.
