Passco Picks Up Off-Market Retail Center for $15.8M

Irvine-based Passco Companies has acquired Day Creek Village, a fully-leased neighborhood shopping center located in Rancho Cucamonga for $15.8 million. Day Creek Village, located at 12223 to 12273 Highland Ave., offers a diverse tenant mix that is suited to the surrounding community’s affluent and growing consumer base.

The 25,002 square-foot center is “shadow-anchored” by a Ralph’s grocery store, and currently home to 14 tenants ranging from Starbucks and Wells Fargo, to Super Cuts and Subway.

HFF’s CJ Osbrink and Gleb Lvovich represented Passco and seller, Day Creek Village, LLC, in this off-market transaction.
