Paul Allen’s 120-Acre Westside Hilltop Site Hits Market for $150M

A rare 120-acre private Beverly Crest hilltop property has been listed for $150 million by Microsoft co-founder and philanthropist, Paul G. Allen, who has owned the sprawling property since 1997. Named The Enchanted Hill by neighbor Greta Garbo, the property is one of the largest undeveloped sites remaining on the Westside.

The property at 1441 Angelo Dr. in Beverly Hills is being marketed by Hilton & Hyland’s Jeff Hyland, Rick Hilton, Jesse Lally and Zach Goldsmith as an ideal acquisition for an individual seeking the ultimate in privacy and security, or the creation of a family compound with five building sites. Allen has made significant improvements to the property’s infrastructure, including a one-mile private street.

“Paul Allen’s vision for the property was always to combine the matchless views and topography with incomparable design, to produce something of enduring value,” said Ada M. Healey, Vice President of Real Estate for Vulcan Inc.
