Principal Real Estate Investors sold Amberglen Business Center, a nine-building, office and flex business campus located in Hillsboro to a partnership between PCCP, LLC (PCCP) and Talon Private Capital. The sales price was undisclosed.

The 578,808-rentable-square-foot park consists of three Class A mid-rise office and six single-story flex buildings. The campus is located near the campuses of Nike and Intel in Portland’s Sunset Corridor, one of the most prominent suburban office submarkets in the Portland metro.

NKF’s Nick Kucha, James Childress, Jeff Hodson and James Ikeguchi represented the seller. The buyer was self-represented.

Kucha says, “Buyers are very thoughtful when selecting suburban office investments. Amberglen business center offers the scale, quality, and exceptional location that generated significant interest from a number of qualified parties.”
