Westside Los Angeles is booming with new development and investment opportunities. Dean Zander, senior managing director at Berkadia, has a permit-ready corner site with approved construction plans, located at 1450 & 1546 South Point View Street in Los Angeles. The site, Crescent Heights at Pico, is a fully entitled 29-unit prime corner space near Beverly Hills, The Grove and Miracle Mile.
Zander also shared with Connect Media that the condos next door have just come online in the high $800,000’s, so there is clearly exceedingly high demand for this kind of valuable property.
