Double Run, LP acquired a 309,278-square-foot industrial building located at 3407 and 3411 N. Perris Blvd. in Perris, CA from PV Perris, LLC for $15.4 million. The property is located south of March Air Reserve Base.
Lee & Associates’ Allen C. Buchanan and Joshua K. Harper represented the buyer. CBRE’s Doug Mack and Matt Pourcho represented the seller.
Buchanan says, “The purchase was to perfect a tax deferred exchange for the buyer who recently sold a manufacturing building in Los Angeles. The property is occupied by two tenants and has 10 acres of expansion land.”
