Newport Beach, CA-based North Palisade Partners, LLC signed a full-building lease with CG Plastics for a 60,256-square-foot building in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The heavy plastics manufacturer committed to a 10-year deal at a facility on a 2.7-acre site at 8720 Rochester Ave.
North Palisade is a local developer led by Joe Mishurda, who completed a renovation of the property last year. The building includes 3,200-amp power, four dock-height doors, two ground-level doors, as well as 10,000 square feet of office space.
Colliers International’s Richard Schwartz, Cory Whitman and Brice Larson represented both the tenant and landlord in the transaction.
Schwartz says among the myriad of reasons the tenant was attracted to the facility were Rancho Cucamonga’s pro-business and manufacturing approach, the heavy power supply at the facility and a location that’s well-situated between CG Plastics’ two other locations in Las Vegas and the L.A. County basin.
