Play Space for Kids and Parents Signs Williamsburg Lease

Cushman & Wakefield arranged a 3,650-square-foot long-term lease for Grand Days—a play space and café offering programming, food and drinks for young children and their parents—at 307-311 Grand St. in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. It represents Grand Day’s debut in the marketplace.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Brandon L. Singer and Michael Cody represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord, Grand Metro LLC, was advised by Shlomi Bagadi and Chandler Slate of Tri State Commercial Realty.

“We worked diligently with Grand Days for just under a year to find the right space in this neighborhood,” said Singer. “We chose this site because it provides all the necessary amenities for Grand Days to excel in its first location.”

Grand Days will offer spaces for creative open play, events for families, and programming for both children and adults.
