Point of Rental Acquires HQ Building

Citing staff growth across the board, Point of Rental Software acquired a new home for its North American headquarters. The developer of rental and inventory management software acquired a 35,000-square-foot facility at 14401 Statler Blvd. in Fort Worth. The new space, which the company will move into during summer 2019, is less than four miles from its current headquarters at 1901 N. SH 360 in Grand Prairie, TX.

Charlie Beck and Cribb Altman of Cushman & Wakefield represented Point of Rental in the property search and purchase, while Sam Franklin of Peak Commercial Real Estate advised the seller, Corporate Statler Ltd.

“The client needed to secure a new location that would not disrupt their employees’ commute, offered the opportunity to continue to scale the business over time, and created a unique environment that advances the company brand and employee engagement,” Beck said. “The Statler property accomplished these things, and it will be their home for many years to come.”
