The Praedium Group struck a deal with Embrey Partners Ltd. to acquire the Everly, a 287-unit, Class A multifamily complex in Houston. The property at 2827 Dunvale Rd. delivered in 2018, and is situated between the Energy Corridor and Galleria submarkets.
Ryan Epstein, Jennifer Ray and Scott Bray with Berkadia represented the seller in negotiations with the New York City buyer. “In addition to a suite of modern amenities, the presence of a newly-built asset in a core location between Uptown/Galleria and the Westchase District provides compelling opportunities to leverage surrounding employers and amenities, securing its viability and demand especially when taking into account the lack of new supply within three miles,” Epstein remarked.
The property has one- and two-bedroom units. Community amenities include a fitness center, Wi-Fi lounge, swimming pool, outdoor fire pit, dog park and wash, a beer garden and indoor golf simulator.
