Premium Commercial Furniture Maker Relocates to Norco

Minnesota-based Foldcraft signed a seven-year net lease totaling roughly 39,400 square feet of industrial space in Norco, CA. ATL Commercial Properties, LLC owns the facility located at 630 West Parkridge Ave.

This single-tenant property is being used as a relocation space for the company that manufactures premium commercial furniture and millwork for restaurants, hotels and businesses.

Coldwell Banker Commercial SC’s Teresia Knight represented the lessee. Cushman & Wakefield’s Tim Pimentel represented the lessor.

Knight says, “this was a unique property that had substantial office buildout. However, it was absolutely perfect for my client.” She noted that Foldcraft required extensive office space, as well as power, and gains a high-image property.
