Texas-based Presidium has completed the first of a multi-phase, mixed-use development called The Pecan District in Pflugerville. Reportedly the first development of its kind in the area, The Pecan District is intended to offer many amenities, living options and work opportunities in one location.

Phase one of this project encompasses a 272-unit apartment community, Presidium The Pecan District.

“Presidium The Pecan District, Pflugerville’s first contemporary-style apartment community, provides an all-inclusive lifestyle that helps ease the hustle and bustle of everyday life,” said Cross Moceri, co-CEO and co-founder of Presidium.

The Pecan District is now leasing and set to be fully complete in September. Phase two of the 10-phase Pecan District development is in the works, which will include an exciting expansion of the mixed-use community.

During phase two of the project, Presidium plans to develop additional apartment units alongside modern office space with ground-level dining and retail outlets.
