Principal Real Estate Investors sold Quarry Oaks I and II, a two-building, Class A office complex totaling 292,421 square feet in Austin, TX. Goldman Sachs Asset Management Private Real Estate (GSAM) was the buyer of the property at 10900 Stonelake Blvd.
HFF’s Andrew Levy, Todd Savage and Kelsey Roop represented the seller, and found the buyer. The sales price was undisclosed, with the Travis Central Appraisal District valuing it at $40.6 million.
The property is 100% leased to tenants including ForcePoint, Microsoft Corporation and Microchip Technologies. Principal acquired the property in 2003.
