Prologis Inks Deal with Darigold at Emerald Gateway

Order Reprints...

Prologis signed a more than 284,000-square-foot lease at Emerald Gateway with Seattle-based Darigold. The planned 1.25-million-square-foot megaproject is located south of Boeing Field.

Emerald Gateway is a phased development being designed by HPA Architects. JLL won the leasing assignment for the project.

The location near Boeing Field will help Darigold establish an overseas sales, service and distribution network. The dairy processors’ HQ is nearby in the Georgetown neighborhood.

Darigold serves as the marketing and processing subsidiary of the Northwest Dairy Association, a collective owned by roughly 430 dairy farm families in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana.
