Prologis Signs $27M, 714K-SF Lease with Noble House

Noble House Home Furnishings signed a 714,458-square-foot lease valued at $27 million at Prologis’ Mission Distribution Center in Ontario, CA. Situated on 31 acres at 3655 S. Philadelphia St., the facility will serve as the new regional hub for the national manufacturer and distributor of residential furniture.

Noble House is consolidating West Coast offices into a more central location from small distribution centers in Chatsworth and Canoga Park, CA and the South Bay.

Voit Real Estate Services’ Peter Castleton, who represented the family-owned tenant, said, “By fostering our long-standing relationship with Prologis, we were able to secure a lease that lowered Noble House’s occupancy costs by 38% while still maintaining its close proximity to the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.”
