Prologis Strikes Right Note on 220K SF Guitar Center Deal

San Francisco-based Prologis leased up a nearly 430,000-square-foot distribution center built last year in Rialto. Guitar Center signed a 10-year lease for 219,034 square feet, and will use the LEED Certified facility as its West Coast distribution center.

The single-story, state-of-the-art industrial building is located on 18.4-acres at 1508 W. Casmalia St., just north of the 210 in the Renaissance business park. The music retailer will move into the space once tenant improvement work is completed in May. Global logistics company, Kuehne & Nagel, previously took 209,184 square feet in the building.

Lee & Associates’ Paul Earnhart, Brian Pharris, Jeff Smith, and Rayn Lal represented the landlord. The tenant was represented by JLL’s Mike Fowler.
