The Vista City Council is set to consider a zoning change this week on a 17.7-acre site where Integral Communities has proposed Vista Palomar.
If the mixed-use project gets the ‘go-ahead’, nearly 200 condominiums and a 100-room hotel will be built on a vacant San Marcos Blvd. site adjacent to Vista’s industrial park.Vista Palomar includes a residential component consisting of two- and three-bedroom condos, as well as a four-story hotel. Records show the vacant land is valued at about $1.2 million.
Integral needs the land-use zone changes from research and light industrial to accommodate new residential and commercial uses.
