Avison Young brokered the $16-million sale of West Boca Plaza, a 70,524-square-foot Publix-anchored shopping center in Boca Raton. David Duckworth, John K. Crotty, Michael T. Fay and Brian C. de La Fé of Avison Young represented the seller, Sandalfoot Investments, in the transaction. The buyer was Investments Limited.
Located at 22973-23071 State Road 7, the retail center is adjacent to a Bank of America-anchored office building and two fully-occupied retail centers, which Investment Limited also recently acquired.
“Investor demand for core assets remains extremely strong,” said Duckworth, principal at Avison Young. “This was a highly desirable asset offering 95% occupancy, long-term leases, great frontage, and a prestigious Boca Raton address.”
