QC Manufacturing Relocates Operations to 162K SF in Temecula

QC Manufacturing, Inc. opened its new 162,000-square-foot office and manufacturing space in Temecula, CA. The maker of the QuietCool whole house fan purchased and subsequently improved to the facility that houses its corporate offices, manufacturing, storage and shipping space.

The two-story building is located at 26040 Ynez Rd. within Ynez Business Park, and houses roughly 180 employees. The structure was improved to emulate Silicon Valley’s campus-like settings, complete with state-of-the-art manufacturing space, open and personalized administrative office space, and an employee leisure area that includes recreational games and lounge areas.

QC Manufacturing’s Dane Stevenson says, “After 10 years at our previous facility, this new space not only accommodates our existing operations, it also provides for additional capacity as we continue to grow.”
