More than 10 years after selling Mall of Abilene to an Atlanta buyer, Radiant Partners LLC of New York bought it back. The seller, listed as Abilene Mall LLC, is tied to the address of Katz Victor & Yolles PC, based in Birmingham, MI, which obtained the property a couple of years ago.
The purchase price on the 681,319-square-foot property was not disclosed. The Taylor County Central Appraisal District listed the mall’s value at $46 million. Located at 4310 Buffalo Gap Rd., the mall is anchored by Sears, J.C. Penney and Dillard’s. David Monahan and Cameron Pittman with JLL led the sale.
