San Diego-based RAF Pacifica Group acquired a portfolio of five creative and value-add assets in Northern San Diego County’s Carlsbad market for $59.6 million. The properties include one two-building creative-office campus, three creative-industrial buildings, and one value-add industrial building.
RAF Pacifica’s Adam Robinson says, “The properties align perfectly with our firm’s strategy of owning well-located, modern, creative and value-add assets in North County.”
The assets include:
– a 67,528-square-foot, value-add single-tenant industrial property at 6305 El Camino Real, acquired from an unnamed institutional investor; Cushman & Wakefield’s Aric Starck represented both parties.
– three properties in the Carlsbad Research Center: 2320 Faraday Ave., 2330 Faraday Ave., and 1905 Aston Ave. were acquired from A&M CapRE Aston, LLC; Starck represented both parties.
– Avenida Crossing, a newly-renovated, two-building, 68,392-square-foot, multi-tenant contemporary creative office campus at 5993 and 5999 Avenida Encinas was purchased from Avenida Encinas, LP; CushWake’s Starck, Rick Reeder, and Dennis Visser represented both parties.
