RAF Pacifica Reimagines Industrial Workplace

RAF Pacifica Group acquired 15.65 acres in San Marcos, CA for $8 million where it plans to develop “pro•duc•tion,” a four-building, creative industrial campus. The 212,000-square-foot project will be the firm’s first ground-up spec industrial development in the North County city.

Slated to break ground in Q1 2017, the sprawling campus will feature spaces ranging from 34,000 to 90,000 square feet. The project is designed to flexibly expand or shrink to accommodate tenant needs.

RAF Pacifica Group’s Adam Robinson says, “We are the first to bring a truly innovative Creative Industrial™ product to San Marcos, with features such as floor-to-ceiling glass entryways, indoor/outdoor amenity areas, and modern finishes.”

Colliers International’s Mike Erwin and Tucker Hohenstein represented the buyer, while CBRE’s Adam Molnar and Greg Lewis represented the seller.
