Rancho Bernardo Flex Asset Acquired for $7.4M

Cornerstone Center, an industrial business park in affluent Rancho Bernardo, CA, has traded hands for $7.4 million. The 43,423-square-foot multi-tenant flex property was acquired by McEwen-Otay LLC and MP McEwen I LLC.

The property was built in 1990 on a 2.88-acre site located at Camino San Bernardo and Thornmint Road. The asset was 100% occupied at the time of sale by a mix of six tenants.

Colliers International’s Mark McEwen represented the seller, CRP-2 San Diego. Voit’s Randy LaChance, Brian Mulvaney and Josh West represented the seller.
