Newport Beach’s Turner Real Estate Investments has raised the perimeter walls on its 116,480 square-foot logistics center, Turner Crossing, in Rancho Cucamonga. The building is slated for completion on August 1.
The two-story center, designed by HPA Architects, features 32-foot ceiling heights, 18 dock-high loading doors, 7,000 square feet of office space, and a 120-foot concrete truck court, among other practical components.
Not only is the location close to Ontario International Airport, but it also provides immediate freeway access to San Bernardino, Ontario, Pomona, and the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.
The logistics project is exclusively for sale or lease, and is being represented by Colliers’ Senior Executive Vice President Clyde F. Stauff in Irvine, and Senior Vice President Richard Schwartz in Ontario.
