Raymond M. Chera, owner of RMC Assets LLC, secured two leases at 523 Fulton St., a three-story, mixed-use property on the Fulton Mall in Downtown Brooklyn. The Brooklyn Hospital Center leased 51,226 square feet, while Spectrum Cable leased space on the ground floor.

The Brooklyn Hospital Center’s long-term lease includes 11,400 square feet in the basement. Brooklyn Hospital will house administrative offices in the building. Justin Liniado and Trent E. Dickey of Schuckman Realty Inc. represented Chera in the transaction.

Spectrum Cable signed a long-term lease for ground-floor retail space of undisclosed size for a new store to open in the near future. Liniado and Dickey again represented Chera. CBRE’s Jeremy Scholder and Dean Rosenzweig represented Spectrum Cable.

Chera is implementing a $15-million renovation at 523 Fulton, including a dedicated lobby for the Brooklyn Hospital Center, along with a new façade, new windows and updated infrastructure.
