Helmsley Spear appointed Christine Emery as an executive managing director. She will focus on all aspects of commercial/retail real estate sales and leasing.
Prior to joining Helmsley Spear, Emery headed MHP’s retail division where she was responsible for both tenant and landlord retail leasing and sales representation. She began her career at the South Street Seaport Museum during the nation’s bicentennial, and in 2007 was honored by the Real Estate Board of New York with its Retail Deal of the Year Award for bring Hermes to 15 Broad St.
