Colliers International brokered a 51,000-square-foot lease on behalf of a regional manufacturer at 13775 Ramona Ave. in Chino. The West Inland Empire property is part of a larger, more than 124,000-square-foot facility and will allow the tenant to expand its local operations. It also operates two other Inland Empire facilities and as well as one on the East Coast.
Colliers International’s Richard Schwartz, SIOR, Joey Reaume, Tommy Gilmore and Catie Victor represented the unnamed tenant. Lee & Associates’ John Espinosa represented the landlord, Sieroty Corporation.
Schwartz says, “It was a perfect fit for a regional manufacturer with the influx of e-commerce companies and e-commerce sales growth. The industrial market has taken off in terms of sales pricing, lease rates and decreasing vacancies. The Inland Empire as a whole is on par or better than pre-Covid in terms of absorption, transactions and overall activity.
