Related Pulls Curtains Up on San Francisco’s The Avery Tower

Related California opened the 56-story, 548-unit residential high-rise, The Avery, in the heart of San Francisco’s Transbay District. The sculpted glass tower at 420-488 Folsom St. offers 118 condominium residences starting on the 33rd floor, luxury apartments on floors 2-32 at Avery 450, and 30,000 square feet of amenities and services.

Related California’s Gino Canori says, “With its world-class architecture, meticulously designed residences, unparalleled amenities, and Related’s signature service, The Avery embodies the City’s next influential chapter – bringing together its residents and community and establishing a new standard for luxury living in San Francisco.”

A 4,312-square-foot penthouse designed by Jay Jeffers and priced at $15.95 million was unveiled. The development includes The Shops at Avery Lane, a 17,000-square-foot paseo featuring a curated collection of retail offerings.

Available residences at The Avery are priced from $1.785 million to $3.7 million. Apartments at Avery 450 are priced from $3,750 a month for studios, and up to $6,695 a month for two-bedrooms.
