Atlanta-based Reliant Real Estate Partners has broken ground on Clayton Commerce Center II, a 365,490-square foot speculative warehouse development on 26 acres with frontage on Anvil Block Road in the Clayton County community of Ellenwood, GA. The development’s 797,580-square-foot predecessor, Clayton Commerce Center I, is leased to FedEx Ground.

Reliant has assembled a development team including: KBD Group; Cyclone Land Development; Taylor & Mathis; Southeastern Engineering and Kennedy Associates. iBERIABANK will provide construction financing and Reliant will handle leasing for the project. Located immediately off of I-675, between I-285 and I-75, the project is slated for delivery in early 2021.

“We would like to thank Clayton County for helping us get this development off the ground” said Adam Richards, principal, Reliant Real Estate Partners. “These projects are truly a team effort and involve coordination among dozens of talented people across several departments within the County.”
