Having acquired the landmark Chrysler Building earlier this year, RFR and SIGNA Group are in the process of implementing their plans to invigorate and improve the 77-story office tower. Ownership is creating new energized food, wellness and personal service experiences throughout the building.
Both existing and new tenants reportedly have been enthusiastic about ownership’s improvement plans. The in-house RFR leasing team, led by SVP AJ Camhi, has already transacted on 65,035 square feet of renewals and new deals since RFR ,and Austria-based SIGNA took over the ownership of the Chrysler Building this past April.
Among the most recent transactions, longtime tenant Creative Artists Agency (CAA) signed a 25,029-square-foot lease expansion for an entire full floor and is currently the building’s largest tenant, with a total footprint of 123,781 square feet. The talent and sports agency now occupies five full floors.
