Austin-headquartered Roberts Resorts acquired two RV resorts in Texas and California from local private owners. The acquisition brings the investor’s holdings to 17 manufactured housing properties and RV resorts. The RV assets total 6,500 lots, with an additional 2,700 lots under development. The company announced plans to invest more than $80 million in expansion over the next three years.
The just-acquired properties are
- 25-acre, 115-site Rayford Crossing, 29321 S. Plum Dr., Spring, TX
- 26-acre, 230-site Coachland RV Park, 10100 Pioneer Trail, Truckee, CA
Both properties are in high-demand locations, and offer several on-site resort amenities.
“Roberts Resorts is pleased to announce the purchase of these properties, with Coachland adding the highly desirable Truckee – Tahoe location and Rayford expanding our presence in Texas where we continue to see high demand,” said Scott Roberts. “These additions are another step in our continued growth in the RV and Manufactured Home markets.”
