Closings have begun at Rose Hill, Rockefeller Group’s first luxury residential tower in Manhattan. Located at 30 E. 29th St. between Park Avenue South and Madison Avenue, the 45-story ground-up residential condominium tower brings 123 residences to Midtown South’s NoMad neighborhood.
“We couldn’t be more excited to have reached this significant milestone and to welcome our first residents home to Rose Hill,” said Meg Brod, Rockefeller Group’s SVP and head of development in the Northeast. “It’s been incredibly gratifying to see the building’s ambitious design come to life and have buyers recognize the tremendous value that Rose Hill provides.”
Along with an array of amenities including a fitness center curated by FHITTING ROOM, Rose Hill will also offer several coworking spaces. This includes a private lobby lounge dubbed “The Blue Room and a lobby library curated by Strand Books with a host of seating.
