Boston-based Rockpoint Group acquired Treat Towers, a roughly 378,000-square-foot office complex in Walnut Creek, from MetLife for $187.2 million. The two-building, 10-story Class A property is located at 1255 and 1277 Treat Blvd.

The 1999-built asset is part of Contra Costa Centre, a transit village at the Pleasant Hill BART station near Interstate 680. Treat Towers is one of the only Class A office buildings in Walnut Creek that allows for building top signage with direct visibility from I-680.

The LEED Platinum certified property features highly efficient rectangular floor plates with exterior columns, which maximizes usable square footage. On-site amenities include conference rooms, a fitness center, café, outdoor seating areas, and bike room.

MetLife had acquired the towers in 2012 for $118.5 million. NKF’s Breck Lutz And Knute Bucklew handle leasing at the building.
