Rosendin Electric announced plans to relocate regional facilities in Texas and California to a 50,000-square-foot facility in Pflugerville, TX’s Springbrook Corporate Center. The Pflugerville Community Development Corp. approved a seven-year deal with the company on March 7 for space at 1033 New Meister Lane. Rosendin plans a $3 million capital investment, and 84 new jobs.
Headquartered in San Jose, Rosendin is an electrical contracting company that is being offered $60,000 in incentives by the PCDC, as long as it relocates or hires 54 employees in the first year, and creates 10 new jobs in years two through four. Rosendin also needs to retain the jobs created each year.
“Pflugerville was a natural fit for Rosendin. Not only is it a great location in proximity to Austin with ease of access to major highways and two airports, but it also supports our goal of attracting the best and brightest,” said Rosendin’s John Colley.
