Row DTLA Grows into Former Produce Market

New York-based Atlas Capital Group is moving forward on plans to redevelop a 30-acre site it acquired in 2014 at Seventh and Alameda St. in DTLA.

The value-added real estate investment firm unveiled a mixed-use plan for Row DTLA that includes creative office space, roughly 100 stores, more than 20 restaurants and public gathering places.

Atlas envisions creating a “hub of activity” at the nine-building campus containing 1.7-million square feet, which it expects will accelerate additional development in the burgeoning zone between the Industrial and Arts districts.
