Cushman & Wakefield and JLL have arranged a 14,906-square-foot lease for Rubicon Project, an online advertising technology firm. The 10-year lease encompasses the entire 15th floor of Nomad Tower at 1250 Broadway in Midtown South.
A Cushman & Wakefield team of Conor Kenny, Christine Colley and Jack Ortlieb represented the tenant. The landlord, Global Holdings, was advised by JLL’s Mitch Konsker, Paul Glickman, Ben Bass, Dianna Biasotti and Harley Dalton.
“The client was attracted to the recent renovations and amenities at Nomad Tower,” said Kenny. “With abundant access to public transportation that benefits commuters throughout the region, the centralized neighborhood suited Rubicon Project’s needs.”
1250 Broadway is a 39-story glass and steel tower encompassing an entire block front on Broadway, between 31st and 32nd streets. Global Holdings has owned the property since 2016.
