Broad Street Development has begun selling the 61 luxury condominiums at 40 Bleecker St.
Listings include a one-bedroom with 652 square feet for $1.775 million, and a three-bedroom with 1,941 square feet for $6.3 million, according to StreetEasy.
“The roster of design talent that has been assembled to create 40 Bleecker is likely never to be recreated,” said Raymond Chalmé, CEO of Broad Street Development.
The lead design is Rawlings Architects. The design team also includes interior design by Ryan Korban and landscape design by Edmund Hollander of Hollander Design, both of Architectural Digest’s AD100 list.
