Boston Properties and Hines have confirmed leases totaling more than 106,000 square feet across five floors at Salesforce Tower. The deals bring San Francisco’s tallest office building to nearly 60-percent leased.
The owners and its leasing representatives, CBRE, declined to identify the new tenants at the 61-story, $1-billion project slated to open next spring. Reportedly, two of the newest additions are Bain & Co., a Boston-based management consultant firm, and Vy Capital, a tech-focused venture capital firm.
In 2014, Salesforce.com took 714,000 square feet at the 1.4 million-square-foot building. That was the city’s largest lease ever.
